Scope of Work: Our clients were looking to create the exterior warmth of the Craftsman style, but still have the interior openness of more contemporary architecture. The total square footage was limited because of the lot size and local slope ordinances but the program still contained four bedrooms, three baths and a separate family room. Their needs were met by carefully limiting the circulation areas. The incorporation of the living room, dining room and kitchen into an interconnected Great Room, resulted in a house with 2500 feet of living area.
