Robinhood Lots – Ridgeline Subdivision Entitlement Strategy
At the Robinhood Lots, Wagstaff + Rogers Architects provided entitlement planning support centered on early lot layout strategy, ridgeline ordinance considerations, and shared access solutions that preserve sensitive site conditions. The goal of this engagement was to anticipate entitlement challenges and structure lot concepts that both comply with City standards and minimize environmental and visual impact.
Our efforts focused on working with existing topography and tree cover to reduce ridgeline silhouette exposure, while also conceptualizing shared drive access that protects significant trees and enhances future development viability. We evaluated zoning and site constraints to inform lot sizes and building potential, and we laid out a preliminary road map for successful City coordination efforts.
By integrating Ridgeline Subdivision Entitlement strategy early in the planning process, the Robinhood Lots project demonstrates how thoughtful site analysis and ordinance-aware design can support lasting neighborhood compatibility and development readiness.
