A series of linear skylights draw in natural light throughout the day, while expansive glazing opens the interior to the garden beyond. Layered geometry and textures, and a soft, neutral palette balance the clarity of the architecture to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

The kitchen serves as both an anchor and a highly functional workspace. The client selected rich, deep navy cabinetry paired with matte gold hardware creates a bold statement, while the quartz waterfall counters and handblown glass pendant lights add sophistication. And, a dedicated bar and beverage center expands the home’s hospitality capabilities, featuring custom cabinets, wine refrigeration, and a secondary prep sink.
