Olive Ridge Subdivision

Architectural project in Novato, CA

Scheme: This project consisted of 17 single family homes and was an infill subdivision off of Olive Avenue in Novato in the old old racquet club location. The project was sold to a multiple development groups, but the new neigborhood decided to take shape in 2007. Our firm worked with the City and the developer modified each of the originally sublmtted models while still retaining the basic intent of the earlier PUD. This involved careful analysis of each site on an individual basis, and often modification of either the house model, the individual building the site, or both.
