Olive Court Subdivision

Architectural project in Novato, CA

Scheme: This project consisted of 9 single family homes and was an infill subdivision off of Olive Avenue in Novato. In its early approval as a PUD by the City of Novato it consisted of large, fairly typical, built for sale designs. The project was sold to a new development group, and the small neigborhood decided to take shape in 2009. Our firm worked with the City and the developer modified each of the originally sublmtted models while still retaining the basic intent of the earlier PUD. This involved careful analysis of each site on an individual basis, and often modification of either the house model, the individual building the site, or both.
