Scheme: This house was designed and built as an example of what we could do with minimal remodel efforts while only updating finishes in addition to the new Principal Bedroom Suite. It maximizes the small hillside site and in turn provides a beautiful home with contemporary features while paying homage to its1950’s lineage.

With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms the home paid close attention to detail and finishes, warm wood treatment, stone waterfall counters, hardwood floors and volume ceilings. The home is designed around green building and close to bike paths, local schools and downtown Greenbrae/ Larkspur.
