Leeward Road

Scope of Work:  This project began as a minor reworking of some built-in bookcases. The client was so pleased with this initial design, the work quickly expanded to include additional rooms and eventually a complete remodel of the house and landscaping. The remodel included carefully considered detailing including a polished concrete fireplace surround, a custom steel entry arbor, a completely custom designed and fabricated front door, and a uniquely fabricated cable railing for the stairs. The landscaping included a cantilevered dock over the lagoon and many other architectural elements. We closely collaborated with the client to achieve the unique set of finishes and furnishings reflecting their lifestyle, experiences, and tastes.
