This new ADU on Lattie Lane transforms a former storage area into a fully independent, code-compliant Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that combines a sleek, modern kitchen, streamlined bathroom with shower and laundry alcove, and a cozy open-plan living/ bedroom layout. Thoughtfully designed for full independent function, the the ADU features its own entry living space that can be accessed from the main residence as well as an efficient mini-split HVAC system to support long-term occupancy. The result is a compact, but complete accessory dwelling that enhances the property’s flexibility and delivers a comfortable self-contained affordable unit while delivering great return to the property.
