Scheme: This house was designed and built as an example of compact living in a home for a family in Heather Gardens. It maximizes the allowable area of a small site and in turn provides a beautiful home with contemporary features while paying homage to its neighbor’s bungalow lineage.
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home paid close attention to detail and finishes, including eco-friendly cabinets, lacquered wall paneling, Caesarstone waterfall counters, white oak hardwood floors and volume ceilings. The home is designed around green building and close to bike paths, local schools and downtown Larkspur.
